Abstract
A technical approach to the evaluation of residual stresses in bimetallic members of spatial constructions, for which stress jump at the interface of heterogeneous materials is peculiar, is presented. It is shown based on the test problem solution that, when up-to-date methods providing the possibility of obtaining significant volumes of experimental information are used to obtain the experimental data, the suggested approach makes it possible to obtain the results with the accuracy necessary for practical use.
