Abstract
Defending computer virus attacks needs to consume a large amount of various types of resources. In order to achieve the minimum input of resources and the optimized allocation, administrators need to determine and compare the anti-virus ability of various nodes in the network environment. In addition, determining the anti-virus ability of the network nodes also has very important significance for virus researches on many aspects including the propagation methods, the virus immunization, the source-finding of the virus, and blocking the spread of the virus. With the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), an analytic hierarchy model for the network nodes was set up. To determine the weight of each indicator, the contrast matrixes of the indicators were given, corresponding eigenvectors were calculated and the consistency was verified. The final completion of the anti-virus ability of nodes was calculated and compared.
