Abstract

A new proposal for the Eckart-weighted adaptive time delay estimation is reported. The performance is analyzed, and the results of computer simulation are given. The theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that this method is highly precise in time delay estimation, and it does not depend on the knowledge of input signal and noises.
