Abstract

SUMMARY. An Australian sample (N=463) of 15‐year‐old girls was used in an evaluation of the Junior Eysenck Personality Inventory (JEPI). In particular, this study examined the terminology used in various items, response rates, factorial structure, and the relationship between inventory scales. Although the findings regarding item terminology and response rates may indicate a need to modify JEPI, the factorial structure and relationship between scales support the Eysenckian position.
