Abstract

Case presentation A 44-year-old man with recurrent palpitations and electrocardiogram-documented long RP interval supraventricular tachycardia despite metoprolol therapy underwent diagnostic electrophysiologic evaluation. His resting 12-lead electrocardiogram was normal. During sinus rhythm, atrio-His (AH) and His-ventricular intervals measured 51 and 39 ms, respectively.
