Abstract
In order to identify, measure, early-warning and avoid the risk during technology innovation process, after the analysis of related works, IREBN: a system model based on dynamic naive bayes network is provided. Several technical details are introduced such as risk index, bayes network construction, risk measurement, risk early-warning, risk diagnosis and so on. The experiment on a set of innovation case data shows the model is effective. The structure of the model is simple, causality is clear and the model is easy to operate. So it is valuable for enterprises to refer to during technological innovation.
