Abstract
Safety of online published documents is becoming a crucial problem while a large amount of information is shared on Internet. Electronic seal is an effective solution of ensuring the security of official documents in e-government or enterprise OA systems. In this paper, a novel scheme of electronic seal system is proposed and applied into the Graduates Employment Agreement System. Key technologies of electronic seal are discussed, and the main principles and the composition of the proposed system are described.
