An Analysis on the Organization of Distressed ( Old ) Urban Texture with an Emphasis on Physical - Spatial Dimensions : Case Study : Karaj City

Abstract

The research method according to research objectives and hypotheses is bibliographical - field method (observation, interview and questionnaire). In this study the sample size has been estimated with the use of Cochran's formula which is equal to 320 people and the sample has been selected with the use of random sampling method. Information and data have been analyzed with the used of Excel and SPSS with the use of variance analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient statistical tests.
