Abstract

Variable flux machine is a promising candidate in high-speed field. The rotor flux of variable flux machine is an important performance index, and it need to be detected accurately in real time. An adaptive rotor flux observer is investigated in this paper. The mathematical model of the observer is established, and the simulation result verifies the good accuracy and following characteristic of it. The influences of parameter fluctuation on the accuracy of adaptive rotor flux observer are analyzed, and the disturbance compensation is introduced to reduce the error rate of rotor flux. The experiment is carried out, and the adaptive rotor flux observer is proved having good precision.
