Abstract

Rationale: Malnutrition is frequent in oncology and relates to reduced QoL, treatment(s) response and survival. Ambulatory oral cytotoxic therapy (AOCT) is an increasing and challenging reality: complex regimens, toxicity, adverse reactions, strict monitoring, drug-food interactions, compliance. We aimed to assess nutritional risk, AOCT compliance, feasibility of pharmaceutic intervention in multidisciplinary team.
