Abstract
The article examines the mechanisms of the relationship between the types of higher nervous system and emotional tension. Increased emotional stress as a result of modern technological development, decreased physical activity, hypokinesia, increased exposure to closed sources of electromagnetic radiation, impaired health, increased number of failures due to mental fatigue, impaired socialization due to distance education and work, is growing. The study of physiological patterns between types of higher nervous activity and emotional tension remains relevant, and there are still many unanswered questions. In addition to the type of higher nervous system, the development of individuals individually creates conditions for more stable behavior and the manifestation of psychological indicators.
