Abstract
The mission of AIES is to engage a multidisciplinary group of scholars to think deeplyabout the impact of AI systems on human societies. We are thrilled that the conference is growing while still maintaining very high quality standards and the transdisciplinary nature that is so core to its identity. We are at a critical moment in time, as AI becomes increasingly pervasive.
