Agriculture driving male expansion in Neolithic Time *Corresponding author (email: LHCA@fudan.edu.cn) chromosomes from more than 500 males (1000 Genomes Project Consortium, 2012), which provides a wonderful chance to estimate population sizes through time from a set of globally distributed populations without ascertainment bias and helps to solve the long discuss.
