Abstract
Agios Pharmaceuticals and collaborators at MIT and Harvard have used an RNAi-based in vivo screening technology to identify a target—PHGDH—that is involved in breast cancer. Now the team is screening the complete set of human metabolic genes to identify additional cancer targets.
