Abstract
Agile methodology is one of the process through which we do all project management activities. The agile methods anticipate changes and allow for much more flexibility compares than all other traditional methodologies like waterfall, incremental, V-share etc. The Process involves prioritize the requirements and breaking down the complete requirements into small requirements and delivering each individually within iterative cycle. The software industry was using traditional methodologies for such a long time, but still there are lots of drawbacks in it. The software industry is not able to deliver the projects on time, the reason behind is lack of understanding about requirements, time management & lack of skilled resources. The Agile methodology is completely overcome all these issues and provides a lot of framework to streamline the process and helps a lot on project management activities. Now majority of the clients are started using agile methodology and delivering the projects on time.
