Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Multiple gestations are a continued challenge in IVF. The incidence is thought to diminish with advancing age, and the risk may be greatly reduced by the elective transfer of a single blastocyst. We sought to compare pregnancy outcomes between elective single blastocyst transfer (eSBT) and elective double blastocyst transfer (eDBT), stratified by age.
