Abstract
Biotransformation of cell suspension culture system of medicinal herbs is considered as an important method for obtaining bioactive natural products.Biotransformation of cell suspension culture system of different medicinal herbs and different types of biochemical reactions can produce specific secondary metabolites or increase their production yield.This paper summarizes the advances in research on types and biotransformation of cell suspension culture system of medicinal herbs,and discusses structural modification of active components and utilization of resources.
