Abstract
E ducators in advanced prosthodontics have traditionally emphasized differing disciplines in achieving clinical competence for their students. However, there is general acceptance of the didactic requirements in the clinical and basic sciences related to prosthodontics. These have been described specifically by the ADA Council on Dental Education in its “Guidelines for Advanced Specialty Education Programs.“’
