Abstract
The importance of the research lies in creative administration and transformational leadership as new topics that play an integral role in scholastic sport development. The researchers came up with a question that they aim to answer through this researcher: what is the relationship between creative administration and transformational leadership? They used the descriptive method on (250) physical educators in preparatory school. The data was collected and treated using proper statistical operations to conclude that physical educators have the ability to communicate with others and affect others positively. There is a relation between transformational leadership and creativity in physical educators.

The importance of the research lies in creative administration and transformational leadership as new topics that plays an integral role in scholastic sport development. ال مستخلص تكمن أهمية البحث في اهمية الموضوع الذي تتناوله كون موضوع الابداع الاداري والقيادة التحويلية أحد الموضوعات المهمة التي حظيت ولات ازل تحظى باهتمام بالغ من قبل المهتمين بهذا المجال حيث ان تقدم المدارس في المجال الرياضي وتطورها واستم اررها يعتمد بشكل رئيس على القيادات التي تحركها وترسم خططها وسياساتها وما تملك تلك القيادات من سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية في تطوير كفاءتهم في العمل الاداري ,لذا وضع الباحثان بعض الأسئلة الآتية :ما علاقة الابداع الاداري بسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية ؟ .وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي وبطريقة العلاقات الارتباطية وتم اختيار عينة البحث من مدرسي التربية الرياضية (الد ارسة الاعدادية) والبالغ مجموعها ()250 لعينة تطبيق الد ارسة ,وتم عرض الوصف الأحصائي لبيانات مقياسي الابداع الاداري والقيادة التحويلية ومناقشتها فضلا عن عرض نتائج علاقة الارتباط بين مقياسي الابداع الاداري والقيادة التحويلية ومناقشتها ,واظهرت النتائج ان مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس يتمتعون بتشجيع من قبل الادارة على التعلم وتطور انفسهم.كما اوضحت النتائج ان المدرسين في التربية الرياضية لهم القدرة على الاتصال والتأثير على الاخرين بصورة ايجابية .وان المدرسين في التربية الرياضية يسعون الى تطور الاعمال الحالية لخلق اعمال ابداعية .وأن هناك علاقة بين سلوكيات القيادة التحويلية والابداع لدى
