In the article, it has been examined the peculiarities of the transition of the towns of the Carpathian region to sustainable development. It has been established that today the global level has a significant impact on the socio-economic situation of Ukraine and the Carpathian region in particular. It has also been found out that according to the Constitution of Ukraine, our state is defined as “social”, which imposes certain obligations on it regarding strategic priorities of socio-economic development. However, sustainable development, which has three components, such as social, economic and ecological, is becoming of great relevance. It has been proved that social, economic and ecological components are the basis of economic potential both of the Carpathian region as the whole and of the towns that are part of the regions of this area. The main definitions of strategic management of sustainable development have been analysed. The features of strategic and operational management of sustainable development have been emphasized, and the main principles of strategic management of sustainable development have been described. This article describes the ratio of goals and means of economic development in the long-term run, which has been determined by the President of Ukraine. The analysis of indicators of the sustainable development of the Carpathian region has been carried out. The regulatory legal documents of the strategic management of the sustainable development of Ukraine and its regions have been clarified, and problems of the strategic management of sustainable development have been identified. It has been revealed that among the strategic regulatory legal acts the highest priority in terms of the sustainable development, in particular of the Carpathian region, belongs to the Strategy of the Sustainable Development “Ukraine-2020”, which was approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 5/2015 dated January 12, 2015. The purpose of the Strategy is to introduce European standards of living in Ukraine, and the emergence of Ukraine into leading positions in the world. For this purpose, the movement forward will be conducted according to the following vectors. The first one is the vector of development, which means the provision of the sustainable development of the state, the implementation of structural reforms and, consequently, the improvement of standards of living. Ukraine should become the kind of state with a strong economy and advanced innovations. The next vector is the vector of security, which means providing security guarantees for the state, business and citizens, and protecting investments and private property. The vector of responsibility is to ensure guarantees that every citizen, regardless their race, skin colour, political, religious or other beliefs, gender, ethnic or social origin, property status, place of living, language or other characteristics, should have access to high-quality education, the system of health care and other services in the public and private sectors. The last one is the vector of pride, which is to ensure mutual respect and tolerance in society, the pride of its own state, its history, culture, science, and sport.

Strategic management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine

Introduction. The paper deals with the problem of improving strategic management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises. The shortcomings of the strategic management of Ukrainian industrial enterprises are due to the decline in the growth rates of the world and Ukrainian economy, the war, the specifics of the development of socio-economic relations. The purpose of the paper to study the concept of strategic management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises. Results. The main problem of the study is related to the imperfection of the strategic management of the enterprise's investment policy, which leads to a slowdown in the development of the enterprise and a decrease in competitiveness. The methodological base of the research is determined, the basis of which is: system theory, a system approach to managing the sustainable development of the enterprise, the theory and practice of modeling, strategic management, investment planning. An improved model is proposed, which determines the interdependence of strategic management of investment policy and sustainable economic development of the enterprise, and an algorithm for managing the process of developing an investment strategy of an industrial enterprise is presented. This mechanism takes into account the main indicators of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise. The mechanism of strategic management, which has a complex nature, is considered. The management of the enterprise is oriented towards serious transformations, takes into account the proposed methods and tools of formation and management of investment capital of an industrial enterprise in conditions of uncertainty. Conclusion. It has been proven that the use of more advanced mechanisms for the development and management of the organization's strategic activities allows the company's management to improve management processes, make the best decision regarding the choice of strategy and the amount of investment resources necessary to achieve the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise.

Introduction. A complex and multidimensional strategic management of regional sustainable development is supposed to involve a wide range of participants not only from political, but also from academic and civil circles to prepare and support decisions at the local, national, and global levels. The novelty of the study lies in: a) validating an externally determined approach to set the goals in regional development programs, which is more consistent with the modern pattern of sustainable development; b) substantiating the relevance to observe SDGs to transform the architecture of regional sustainable development programs. The purpose of this work is to develop a methodological approach to integrate the SDGs into regional management policies. Materials and Methods. Based on the analysis and synthesis of scientific information, the author applied the methods of conceptual and functional modeling to design and describe the SDG integration into regional development programs, as well as research integration into preparing political decisions in the field of sustainable development. Results. The proposed methodology is aimed at preparing scientific developments that specifically answer the question of how to achieve systemic implementation of SDGs in the context of regional features and translate this knowledge into a coordinated policy to achieve sustainable development of the region. Conclusions. The proposed developments will eliminate the inconsistencies in the strategic documents on sustainable development of regions, ensure a synergy effect, observe the interests of a wide range of stakeholders at the stage of setting goals, and will also contribute to the real progress towards their achievement. The results of the study may be in demand among the representatives of government and management bodies when preparing the documents aimed at strategic management of sustainable development in Russian regions.

Features of Strategic Management of Cable Industry Sustainable Development

The concept of sustainable development implies the realization of socio-economic and political relations at all levels of the management hierarchy, including at the level of enterprises, since they directly affect not only the economy, but also the ecology and life of people—employees, their families, etc. To a large extent, the success of achieving the sustainable development goals of the enterprise due to its concept depends on the effectiveness of strategic management of the business, taking into account its sectoral and other characteristics. The results of the research presented in the article are based on the synthesis and analysis of Russian and foreign research on the problems of developing and implementing strategic management of companies based on the concept of sustainable development. As a research base, cable industry enterprises were chosen, whose products are in demand by consumers representing a variety of sectors of the national economy. Using monographic, graphical and analytical, statistical, index and other methods, results were obtained to conclude that the goal of this research was achieved. Sectoral features affecting the content and quality of strategic management of sustainable development of cable industry enterprises were identified, and conclusions were drawn on the need for further research in this area, including in terms of the development of new methods for strategic management of their sustainable development. Strategic management of sustainable development of the enterprise

Introduction. Strategic management of the sustainable development of the enterprise is a promising direction of research. It is the implementation of the system of strategic management of sustainable development in the practice of enterprises that requires compliance with the following postulates: systematization and research of key factors of sustainable development, research of practical experience of ensuring sustainable development of enterprises. The purpose of the paper is to study theoretical and methodological principles and scientific and methodological approaches to the strategic management of the sustainable development of the enterprise. Results. A scheme of the stages of development of the strategy of sustainable development of the enterprise is proposed, which contains three stages. It was analyzed that the effectiveness of the strategy's influence on the sustainable development of the enterprise depends, first of all, on two main directions. Setting strategic goals and objectives that objectively reflect the internal and external situation of the enterprise and adequately characterize the statics and dynamics of its development in accordance with the concept of sustainable development. The totality of the organizational system of accumulation, analysis, interpretation and implementation of information on sustainable development in the processes of management decision-making. The key tasks of sustainable development of enterprises are systematized, namely groups of goals: economic, social, environmental. Conclusion. Manufacturers should strive to find new ways to grow and improve the quality of products, works, and services without attracting additional resources due to the introduction of innovations and creative thinking. In general, enterprise sustainability management should ensure a state of balance between internal goals and external challenges, which will create conditions for continuous development. Prospects for further research in the subject area are the development and detailing of measures at the stages of developing a strategy for the sustainable development of an enterprise, their implementation in the practical activities of enterprises.

Strategic Management of Sustainable Development of Agro – Industrial Complex with Economic Integration

1. Introduction Agro-industrial complex of most countries of the world is vulnerable for consequences of economic integration. Large dependence on unpredictable and uncontrollable geographical and climatic factors causes insufficient flexibility of enterprises of agro-industrial complex (Karpova et al., 2014). They cannot easily adapt to new conditions of economy, which is a reason of instability of development of agro-industrial complex (Ovchinnikov et al., 2014). This complex is a basis of economic security of the state, so, to support it, the state actively uses all available tools (Kozenko et al., (2014). Due to subsidizing type of development of agro-industrial complex, enterprises, which are its members, lose stimuli for development and stop implementing innovations into production, which leads to loss of their competitiveness (Anna et al., 2015). The article offers a hypothesis that incapability of national enterprises of agro-industrial complex to endure global competition and threat of complete disappearance of national agro-industrial production reflect failure of the policy of clean free-trade (Kabanov, 2014). Agro-industrial complex enterprises' getting used to state support, which leads to atrophy of their capabilities for independent existence, shows ineffectiveness of the policy of classic protectionism and state paternalism in this sphere (Goncharova & Sizeneva, 2014). Inapplicability of stated approaches to management of development of agro-industrial complex causes necessity for development of a new approach to strategic management of sustainable development of agro-industrial complex under the conditions of economic integration. This article is devoted to creation of this approach and solving the problem of preservation of national agro-industrial complex under the conditions of globalizing and integrative processes which take place in the global economy. 2. Materials and Method Analysis of theoretical concepts and approaches shows that issues of management of development of agro-industrial complex are paid close attention by modern scientists and specialists. Issues of management of sustainable development are studied in multiple works of such researchers as (Cobbinah et al., 2015), (Muller et al.,2015), (Voegtlin & Scherer, 2015), (Sobrino, 2015), (Liberti, 2015), (Pattberg & Widerberg, 2015), which shows high level of actuality of this direction of research and high level of its scientific elaboration. Issues of theoretical and methodological nature, related to study of foundation of strategic management are studied in works of (Dudin & Frolova, 2015), (Slicing & Zhao, 2015). (Sushil, 2015), (Bakar et al., 2015), (Chang et al., 2015) and others. Peculiarities of development of agro-industrial complex under the conditions of economic integration are studies by such authors as (Bernardes, 2015), (Medernach & Burnod, 2013), (Grouiez, 2012), (Bazylyuk & Mynenko, 2010). Problem of economic integration is reflected in works of such scientists as (Bergstrand et al., 2015), (Verstina et al., 2015), (Florensa et al., 2015), (Ward et al., 2015), (Ali & Imai, 2015), (Wirtz et al., 2015). Despite large number of studies in the sphere of strategic management and sustainable development, there is still fragmentarily and insufficient elaboration in the issues of methodological nature of management of these processes as to agro-industrial complex. These problems could be solved separately. This causes the necessity for complex study of the problems of strategic management of sustainable development of agro-industrial complex under the conditions of economic integration and search for common solution for these problems. Methodology of research is based on principles of integrity and difference, positive and normative economic analysis. Instrumentarium and methodological apparatus of the research use for solving the tasks, set in the work, includes a range of general scientific and special methods: modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, problem analysis, synthesis, deductive and inductive methods of research, and conceptual provisions of systemic approach. …

Nikitina Strategic Management of Sustainable Development of Small Business Enterprises

Introduction. The globalization of the economy and the introduction of the concept of sustainable development largely determine the development strategy of both large and small businesses. Adherence to the principles of sustainable development is becoming a prerequisite for organizations to develop, increase competitiveness and attractiveness for stakeholders. The purpose of the study is to elaborate the stages of formation of strategic management of sustainable development of small business enterprises. Materials and Methods. An analysis of the financial, economic, environmental and social components of sustainability of JSC Leader-Compound was performed as a case study. The company's financial statements for 2012–2019 as well as the results of the survey conducted among the management staff were used as the materials for the study. The expert method was employed to determine the final assessment of compliance of JSC Leader-Compound with the features of strategic management of sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The employed method of strategic analysis (SWOT analysis) made it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company, as well as threats and opportunities. Results. The results of a comprehensive analysis of the components of sustainable development of JSC Leader-Compound made it possible to conduct a final assessment of the compliance of this enterprise with the features of strategic management of small and medium-sized businesses. A sufficiently high level of development of the strategic management of JSC Leader-Compound has been noted, and reserves for its improvement have been determined. An algorithm for the process of development and implementation of a strategy for sustainable development of the company has been proposed. Methodological recommendations have been substantiated for each stage of the process. To calculate the generalized integral indicator of the level of sustainable development, a mathematical model has been proposed that takes into account the components of sustainable development of the company. Discussion and Conclusion. The proposed process of development and implementation of a strategy for sustainable development of a small business will make it possible not only to form a strategy based on the components of sustainable development, but also to ensure the possibility of its successful implementation. The research results may contribute to both practical activities of other small businesses, and further scientific research of the features of managing the sustainable development of small enterprises in other lines of business.

Development of a mechanism for strategic management of sustainable development of regional enterprises

The successful implementation of innovation strategies of regional enterprises is determined by the parameters of sustainability of the enterprise as a mini-system and the parameters of sustainability of macro-, meso- and microeconomic systems of which it is an element. The study of economic development trends that determine the possibilities of transition to an innovative model and the peculiarities of the regional innovation system has shown that in order to intensify innovation processes and increase the sustainability of innovation systems, it is necessary to create a mechanism for strategic management of sustainable development of regional enterprises. In an unstable environment, it should be based on the principles of self-organization of complex systems in the process of their adaptation to the changes taking place. First of all, the principle of dynamic equilibrium, a prerequisite for compliance with which is the performance of the main functions in the innovation system by different subjects of innovation activity, which change at the stages of the innovation process. The range of research on strategic management of regional development is quite extensive, but given the current economic situation, the consequences of the pandemic and martial law, this issue needs to be given even more attention, because most regions of Ukraine are unstable and economically unprofitable, so it is necessary to consider special levers, directions that will help to strategically effectively manage regional enterprises and ensure their economic security. The methodological basis of the article is a set of methods and principles of scientific knowledge, general and special methods and techniques used in the study. The theoretical basis of the study is the scientific works of foreign and domestic scholars on sustainable development, economic security, and innovation. The information base is based on official statistics, reporting and accounting information of enterprises, resources and publications of the Internet, and the results of the author's own research. A mechanism for strategic management of sustainable development of regional enterprises has been formed, which includes a system of resources, methods and tools for influencing innovation processes and is based on the principles of selforganization of complex systems in the process of their adaptation to changes in an unstable environment and ensuring economic security, which will allow to coordinate the goals and directions of management of investment, operational and financial activities of enterprises in the region to ensure its sustainable development.

Strategic Management of Sustainable Development of Cities

The article discusses the conceptual theoretical positions of the strategic management of the sustainable development of the cities of Ukraine, which are associated with the reforms at all levels. The introduction of a strategic approach to managing urban development is based on defining the characteristics of a city as a subject-object system, on existing problems that require urgent solutions, on recognizing the specificity of sustainable development, which consists in balancing the economic, social and environmental aspects of development to meet the diverse interests of today’s stakeholders and does not jeopardize the ability of future generations to meet their needs in terms of quantity and quality on the level is no lower than today. The work defines the essence of the category «management» and shows that the implementation of management (as a function, as a process, as an action) requires art, namely: intuition, experience, non-standard and unexpected decisions, which are based on diverse knowledge and skills. Thus, the issue of the availability of relevant competencies among the most diverse stakeholders (subjects) of the management process is being updated. Particular attention is paid to identifying the features and benefits of using a strategic approach in managing sustainable development of the city, which provides various benefits to all participants in this process and is a means of combining efforts, coordinating interests and positions, coordinating the activities of all stakeholders. Strategic management of sustainable development is considered as a process (i.e., a certain sequence of stages, actions implemented to achieve the goal), which is based on a developed ability to think strategically, use the strategy of cooperation and realize their own responsibility for the decisions made and their results of all stakeholders. The content of the three main stages of strategic management is presented ‒ strategic analysis, strategic choice and implementation of changes. It was noted that the achievement of sustainable development of the city is possible under the condition of conscious, systematic, continuous use of appropriate tools and methods by all stakeholders who act in a coordinated, coordinated, motivated and responsible manner.

The formation of an effective economic system on an innovative basis is one of the most important tasks of the current stage of socio-economic development, since the systemic interaction of all elements of the economic system, forming a single economic space, allows for the most effective realisation of the benefits of the division of labour and specialisation in innovative forms. At the same time, the ability of production and economic entities to maintain the ability to expand the reproduction of innovations (while maintaining the scale and pace of innovation reproduction) in the event of disturbing internal and external actions – innovation sustainability – is becoming increasingly important. This is particularly important in the formation of integrated associations and integral economic complexes as sustainable systems to increase the dynamics and balance of the proportions of the innovation reproduction process. In the context of continuity and heterogeneity of innovations, it is extremely important to consider their innovation sustainability from the perspective of a systemic approach to the management of an economic system. Purpose of the article. The scope of research on strategic management of regional development is quite wide, but given the current economic situation, the consequences of the pandemic and martial law, this issue needs even more attention, as most regions of Ukraine are unstable and economically unprofitable, so it is necessary to consider special levers and directions that will help strategically effective management of regional enterprises and ensure their economic security. Methodology. The methodological basis of the article is a set of methods and principles of scientific knowledge, general and special methods and techniques used in the study. The theoretical basis of the study is the scientific work of domestic and foreign scientists on sustainable development, economic security and innovation. The results obtained and the recommendations developed form the basis for improving the strategic management of the sustainable development of regional enterprises while ensuring their economic security. Value/originality. A mechanism of strategic management of sustainable development of regional enterprises was created using a system-synergistic approach, which includes a system of resources, methods and tools for influencing innovation processes and is based on the principles of self-organisation of complex systems in the process of their adaptation to changes in an unstable environment and ensuring economic security, which will allow to coordinate the goals and directions of management of investment, operational and financial activities of regional enterprises to ensure their sustainable development.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC PROVISION OF THE MOTIVATIONAL COMPONENT IN THE CONTEXT OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the study of organizational and economic support of the motivational component of the divisions of the industrial enterprise in the context of strategic management of its sustainable development. Theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of the effective mechanism of material encouragement in the system of management of structural divisions of the industrial enterprise are investigated. The systems of material incentives in the organization are considered and analyzed. The shortcomings of the current system of material incentives for employees of industrial enterprises are formulated. Theoretical bases for construction of effective system of motivation of the personnel taking into account the real contribution of each production division and each separate employee of the enterprise in final results of activity of the organization are offered. The general scheme of distribution of the fund of additional salary at the industrial enterprise is reflected in the form of algorithm. The approach to distinguishing the criteria for determining the coefficient of labor contribution and the coefficient of labor participation is systematized. The optimal structure and approaches to the quantitative assessment of indicators that characterize the motivational efforts of employees and departments of the enterprise are formed. The main types and limits of material responsibility are considered and the basic conditions of involvement of employees in material responsibility are generalized. The significance of the system of internal material responsibility at the enterprise in the context of the motivational component is substantiated. The requirements to the elements of the motivational subsystem of the production enterprise in the aspect of strategic management of sustainable development are generalized. The recommendations and prospects of further research in the approaches to the construction of the motivational component of enterprise management as a basis for increasing the labor activity of employees for strategic management of sustainable development of the organization are formulated.

The problem of ensuring the sustainability of the development of an industrial enterprise is a consequence of the rapid pace of changes in the external environment and the needs of business in purposeful and sound strategic management of sustainable development. In an unstable environment, standard management methods and techniques based on standard economic indicators cannot be used to make decisions regarding the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise, which requires new approaches to the study of its sustainability factors. These circumstances determine the scientific and practical significance of studies of environmental factors influencing the sustainability of industrial enterprises. As you know, the sustainability of an industrial enterprise largely depends on the specific stage of business development. Taking into account these conditions, a study of modern approaches to systematization of the factors of influence of an unstable external environment on the stability of an industrial enterprise was conducted. The scientific and practical significance of such studies for improving the effectiveness of strategic sustainability management of an industrial enterprise is substantiated and the conditions for their implementation are determined. Using critical analysis, the results of a number of approaches to the grouping and characterization of environmental factors of enterprises are systematized. Conclusions are drawn about the need to take into account the factors of influence of the external environment of an industrial enterprise in the studies of their interrelations with the factors of the internal environment. The results of the study provide an increase in knowledge in the field of theory and methodology of strategic management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of uncertainty of the external environment. and they are of applied importance for the practice of strategic management, forming the necessary basis for improving the classification of environmental factors influencing the sustainability of an industrial enterprise as one of the tools for strategic decision-making. Classification allows not only to systematize factors for certain reasons, but also to develop an action program to reduce the impact of identified negative factors on the sustainability of the enterprise, taking into account external trends in economic, political, social and environmental development, etc.

Strategic Management of Sustainable Development of Chinese Enterprises Based on Resource-Saving Society

With the acceleration of economic globalization and the increasing uncertainty of market competition, productivity, quality and cost are no longer the absolute advantages of competition, and Chinese enterprises are facing more and more pressure to survive. Sustainable development is a brand-new concept put forward with the extensive discussion of global environment and development in 1980s, and it is the crystallization of people's long-term deep reflection on the traditional development model. The purpose of building a conservation-oriented society is to improve resource utilization efficiency, reduce pollutant emission intensity and promote sustainable development. There are many obstacles in building a conservation-oriented society, so it is necessary to take comprehensive measures and give priority to promoting the construction of relevant systems for building a conservation-oriented society. This paper summarizes the main characteristics and common disadvantages of Chinese enterprise strategy, and further analyzes the necessity of Chinese enterprises to implement the strategic management of enterprise sustainable development under the environment of resource-saving society and the problems to be faced in the future.

The article highlights and substantiates the role of strategic management of sustainable development by business structures based on business processes. The strategy of the management system of business structures is defined as a set of decisions/actions related to the choice of funds and the allocation of resources in order to achieve a goal in the long term. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the identification of an algorithm for strategic management of sustainable development of business structures, through which the management system will be able to realize its goals and, consequently, ensure the stability of its internal and external competitive position in the market, as well as achieve a certain positive level of social, economic and environmental indicators.

Improving the Strategic Management of Investment Activities of Industrial Enterprises as a Factor for Sustainable Development in a Crisis

This article discusses the problem of improving the strategic management of sustainable development in industrial enterprises in Russia. The shortcomings of the strategic management of industrial enterprises are due to the fall in the growth rates of the world and domestic economy, international sanctions, and the specifics of the development of socio-economic relations in the Russian Federation. The main problem of the research is related to the imperfection of the strategic management of the investment policy of the enterprise, which leads to a slowdown in the development of the company and a decrease in competitiveness. The main goal of the presented research is to develop proposals for improving the strategic management model for the development and implementation of investment strategies of an industrial enterprise. Based on the analysis of theoretical sources, gaps in research related to the topic and objectives of this work are highlighted. The methodological base of the research is determined, the basis of which are: system theory, systematic approach to managing a company’s sustainable development, theory and practice of modeling, strategic management, investment design. The improved model is proposed, which determines the interdependence of the strategic management of investment policy and the sustainable economic development of the company, presents the algorithm for managing the process of developing investment strategies in an industrial enterprise. This mechanism takes into account the main indicators of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise. There are proposals to improve the management model of insurance reserves of the company, reflecting the strategic aspects of investment activities necessary for the successful implementation of the course on sustainable development in an industrial company. The obtained results were tested by a number of Russian enterprises, which led to positive results of their activities, contributed to more sustainable development and strengthening of competitive positions.

Improving Approaches to Strategic Enterprise Management in the Context of Sustainable Development

This article discusses the issues of improving strategic management of sustainable development of enterprises of the Russian Federation. The management of many companies continues to demonstrate an inadequate attitude to the development and implementation of a system of measures to ensure the proper level of sustainability of an industrial company. The main problem considered in the study is the insufficiently perfect mechanism for the strategic management of the investment policy of industrial enterprises in the Ural region of Russia. The management of many enterprises does not conduct a comprehensive assessment of sustainability and does not rely on the triad of sustainable development indicators—economic, environmental, and social. This negatively affects the strategic management decisions made. Under an insufficiently perfect mechanism, in this study, we refer to the following: At Russian regional enterprises, there is no close connection between the processes of making strategic decisions and the investment policy of the enterprise. This leads to certain errors in the formation of the enterprise strategy. The connecting element of these processes is highlighted. It is a comprehensive assessment of sustainability. The main objective of this study is to improve the model and mechanism of strategic management of the investment policy of the enterprise in the context of the environmental and economic status of the business. The proposed model is based on the principles considered from the perspective of three directions—economic, social, and environmental. This model provides for a close interconnection of components: management decision-making, investment policy development, and comprehensive assessment of sustainable development strategy. Based on the analysis of scientific works, the practice of managing industrial enterprises and certain gaps have been identified in theoretical sources related to the topic, problem, and objectives of the article. The methodological base of the study is determined, and methodological aspects of the analysis of the ecological state of business projects and the formation of strategic management of investment activity of an industrial enterprise are substantiated. The model for managing sustainable enterprise development is presented. This model provides for close interaction between the mechanisms for developing strategic decisions and managing the investment policy of the enterprise based on the environmental component of the business as a factor in sustainable development. Tools are proposed that ensure interconnection and synergy between the components of strategic management of the investment policy of the company and improve the quality of management decisions.
