Abstract

Gallbladder cancer is a rare and aggressive form of gastrointestinal malignancy, typically remaining asymptomatic making early diagnosis uncommon. Five year overall survival in patients with distant metastasis is 2% with a median survival of 5.8 months, with metastases typically identified in the liver and lung. Here we present the fourth case of metastases to the thyroid gland.
