Abstract

We applied our model of space plasma consisting from two types of particle scatters moving with different speeds to the situation in the Heliosphere. We consider: 1-solar wind plasma as background plasma moving with some velocity u with frozen in magnetic inhomogeneties, and 2-magnetic clouds, high speed streams, shock waves (considered only as scatters) moving with some average velocity U. We suppose that u and U contain regular and fluctuating parts: u=uo+u1 and U=Uo+U1. From the collisional Boltzmann equation we derive the diffusion approximation describing the propagation and acceleration of charged particles. This diffusion approximation consists with usually used at uo=Uo. It is shown that when uo≠Uo, we obtain particle acceleration and convection, additional to well known acceleration and convection processes.
