Abstract

This paper considers the LQR reliable control design problem for uncertain discrete-time systems which are subject to parametric uncertainty in both state and input matrices. Both the robust stabilization and the robust performance control are addressed. We show that the recently developed adaptive two-stage LQ reliable control (ATSLQRC) can be used as a useful control structure to solve robust control design problems for uncertain discrete-time systems in which the actuators may have some faults
