Abstract

This article aims to look at Jean Piaget's actualization in the learning process, especially those related to theories about cognitive development. The method used in this research is literature review, the data of which is obtained from a variety of related literature, both directly and indirectly, which are studied with a theoretical and philosophical approach. The results of this study found that Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development was quite influential in the world of education. In addition, in the process of education to get good results all components, especially educators must adjust to the development of students, and should always give an appreciation of all forms of positive actualization of students so that it has an impact on the cognitive development of students.
