Abstract

A study has been carried out on the use of the acousto-ultrasonic technique to evaluate the interface bond strength of a unidirectional coated glass fibre-reinforced epoxy resin composites. The theoretical and experimental results indicated that the interface bond strength of fibre composites can be related to the stress wave factor of acousto-ultrasonic technique.
