Abstract
The analytical expressions are derived for the rapid and accurate calculation of the solar cell single exponential model parameters from the experimental data. By using the experimental data of Charles et al. for two solar cells, the parameters are calculated and compared with the results of the numerical iterative method and the analytical method of Phang et al. It is found that the calculated values of the parameters, in comparison to the values of Phang et al. are in better agreement with the values of the iterative method.
