Abstract

We present cases of a recent procedure performed at our institution to preserve flow to one or both internal iliac arteries in endovascular repair of aortoiliac aneurysm termed Snorkel or Chimney procedure. We present indications, procedure technique, our local experience and how it compares to other institutions, and review the available literature.
