Conclusions: The impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the results of total absenteeism due to occupational accidents with sick leave is significant. This increase is mainly due to the increase in work accidents with sick leave in the group of Health Activities and in the group of Health Professionals, since accidents in itinere do not show significant increases in the years of pandemic compared to previous years. The number of sick days in health activities and in the group of health professionals increased significantly in the pandemic period. The group of professionals in the rest of the economic activities behaves differently in sick leave days than the rest of the groups with increases and decreases throughout the years.
