Abstract

AbstractIn the actual process of ADC testing, due to the inability to achieve complete coherent sampling, but incoherent sampling will lead to spectrum leakage and fence effect, the traditional method uses window function method to suppress spectrum leakage and interpolation algorithm to calculate the position of the real spectrum line. The amplitude correction formula is obtained to compensate the test results to improve the test accuracy, because the spectral characteristics of the window function will directly affect the improvement effect. In this paper, the traditional windowing interpolation algorithm is optimized, and the four-spectral line interpolation algorithm is adopted to improve the accuracy of the windowing interpolation algorithm.KeywordsCoherent samplingSpectrum leakageFence effectWindowed interpolation
