Abstract

Asthma is a complex disease owing to distinct T-cell mechanisms and variable clinical presentation. While the importance of asthma endotypes is well recognized, there remains a need for high-dimensional tools that can capture T-cell signatures linked to different types of asthma. Here, we designed a versatile 28-color panel for spectral flow cytometry that enables optimal analysis of T cells in asthma.
