Abstract

Study on modeling and algorithm for smart scheduling on household appliances including electric vehicles(EVs) is done in this paper. First EV is seen as a large appliance to participate in smart scheduling, and a preliminary scheduling is made. Then, based on the preliminary scheduling, a rescheduling is done considering the EVs' discharging role. Further, model and algorithm for the two-stage scheduling are proposed, and simulation is given. Numerical examples show that EV can not only be used as a house appliance for charging, but also can be seen as a special energy source for discharging to participate in household scheduling so that the peak load could be reduced and electric cost could be decreased.
