Abstract

The authors describe an algorithm designed to 'super-resolve' a given feature in a SAR image. The algorithm makes use of qualitative prior knowledge and is designed to be fully automatic. Although a straightforward implementation is expensive, they show that indirect implementation techniques reduce its cost considerably. A comparison with the best available alternative approach shows the effectiveness of the method on a set of trial data.
