Abstract

Abstract This paper constructs a teaching model for the integration of Civics and Mental Health Education based on the VAR model, establishes an efficacy function by utilizing the system sequential covariate fitness, and sets the number of district states of the VAR model to be constant, so as to be able to understand the relationship between Civics and Mental Health Education comprehensively. In addition, the fitness function was established to objectively reflect the degree of coordination and fitness of the entire education system. Meanwhile, a composite system synergy degree model was constructed by combining coupling theory. And the gray correlation statistics were introduced, by taking the average of the results, they were able to determine the comprehensive weight of the evaluation indexes. In the LNL order difference variable, its value is 0.262, which is lower than the 1% critical value of 3.556, indicating that there is a basic consistency between college students’ mental health and Civic and Political Education in terms of cultivation objectives.
