Abstract

Natural Fibers influenced the performance of glass fiber/nano banana particles filled composites on dynamic mechanical analyses. The nano banana fiber particles reinforced polyester composites was carried out the effect of glass fiber loading, frequency and temperature. Composites with different weight ratios between glass fiber and nano banana particles were studied, the effect of the nano banana composites as investigated. The properties were higher reinforcement content by dynamic mechanical analyses, an increase in the storage and loss modulus was observed, increasing to higher values for higher glass fiber loading and overall fiber weight percentage. Increase in the nano banana particles and the calculated different stages in the glass transition region. The glass fiber/nano filler effected, it change the results observed in analyses. The adhesion increased for higher glass fiber loadings, adhesion influencing energy dissipation of the composites. At lower temperatures, thestorage modulus values are maximum for the Pure Polyester Neat Composite. Incorporation of nano banana particles in polyester matrix induces reinforcing effects appreciably at higher temperatures. The glass transition temperature associated with the damping peak was lowered up to glass fiber content. Theanalysis was made to understand the phase behavior of the composite samples.
