Abstract
Technology-mediated distance learning has become a commercial trend. Blended learning is a form of technology-mediated learning and improves the learning outcome through an alternation of actual courses and internet courses. Currently, blended learning is the innovative kind among all kinds of training courses. Through actual data collected from 'e-Human Resources Training Project', this study examines the effect of learning behaviour and technology quality on learning satisfaction towards a blended learning course among employees in small and medium enterprises. Furthermore, the mediating effect of technology characteristics on a learner's satisfaction is also explored in this research.
