Conventional smear method has some disadvantages which can be overcome by cell block technique. To compare cytomorphological features ofAIMS AND OBJECTIVES: conventional smears versus cell block technique and also to evaluate the diagnostic efcacy of a combined approach of conventional smear study and cell block technique. 150 Sterile uid sample were processed in cytology section, Department of Pathology,MATERIAL AND METHOD: DECCAN COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, HYDERABAD.
