Abstract
본 연구는 유아인성교육의 중요도와 실행도에 대한 유아교사의 인식을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로는 영유아 대상 인성교육의 목적, 내용, 교수·학습방법, 교사역할, 평가방법 등에 대한 유아교사의 인식을 알아보았다. 연구목적을 위해 선행연구를 토대로 유아교사의 배경변인과 유아인성교육의 중요도와 실행도에 관한 설문지를 구성하였다. 연구대상은 부산과 경남지역의 유아교육기관 50곳에 근무하는 현직 교사 660명을 편의표집 하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사는 유아인성교육의 목적, 내용, 교수·학습방법, 교사역할, 평가방법에 대해서 중요도를 실행도보다 높게 인식하고 있었고, 영아기보다 유아기에 인성교육에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 영유아인성교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 현황을 파악하고 이를 근거로 유아교육현장에 적합한 영유아인성교육의 활성화방안을 제안하는데 의의가 있다.
