Abstract

Comprehensive evaluation of agricultural product quality and safety has attached many scholars' attention. As a complex system determined by many value nodes and economic organization carrier from field to table, the evaluation system of agricultural product quality and safety, which has characteristics such as multi-level nature and self-organization, is influenced by many internal and external uncertainties. Based on Complex System Theory, the paper constructs an evaluation system of agricultural product quality and safety from five dimensions of the agricultural product quality and safety, namely, the producing area, production process, circulation, social evaluation, and government regulation, determines the weight of each index by applying the method of AHP and conducts an empirical analysis.
