Abstract

Instructional services are one of the most important services provided to the population because it is one of the basic human needs and through it can be built civilization and to make social progress and development. Therefore, it has been found necessary to conduct a study on the spatial analysis of instructional services in district of Erbil countryside because education as an integrated working system and a number of interconnected elements, in which they play a role and complement each other. The aim of the study is to determine the distribution of instructional services and their level of competencies relative to the local population. For this purpose, the study is divided into three main sections. Section one presents the theoretical framework of the study and the distribution of instructional services. In the second part, we conducted an analysis of the location of instructional services in the city. The third section focuses on the assessment of the functional competencies of Instructional services.
