Abstract

A sinusoidal divido by two circuits baaed on the square-law characteristics of the differential field-effect transistor pair has been constructed. Theoretical analysis and experimental results confirm the existence of an excitation threshold and excitation ceiling on the value of the input amplitude required for satisfactory operation. The tracking bandwidth of the circuit has been shown to be directly dependent on the characteristic of the regenerative feedback network. The absence of inductive components in the circuit also allows for integration onto a single chip.
