Due to the deficiency of interoperability between e-government systems, currently it becomes very difficult to achieve jointly administrative examination and approval. The network topology of e-government system and business processing model of e-government system were analyzed. By introducing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and service-oriented workflow technology, a service-oriented e-government support platform (SoGoSP) was proposed, which is able to effectively integrate applications and data from various business systems deployed in e-government external networks and e-government internal networks. The realization mechanism of joint administrative examination and approval was introduced. Application case shows that SoGoSP can provide new idea for research on service-oriented e-government support platform.
