The development of renewable energy in Indonesia has experienced ups and downs due to technological barriers and inadequate economic conditions. This research has the aim of knowing the role of customs in encouraging the development and utilization of renewable energy and knowing the customs facilities provided to encourage the development and utilization of renewable energy. In this research, a qualitative research method will be used. data is obtained from interviews with related parties. Customs has an important role in the development of renewable energy. The first role is customs as a regulator. The second role performed by customs is to be a facilitator. The facility is in the form of a reduction in tax levies, namely exemption from import duties and not levied import tax. Customs agencies are proven to have a role in renewable energy development.

With the proposed target of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, the development and utilization of renewable energy with the goal of carbon emission reduction is becoming increasingly important in China. We used the analytic hierarchy process (ANP) and a variety of MCDM methods to quantitatively evaluate renewable energy indicators. This study measured the sequence and differences of the development and utilization of renewable energy in different regions from the point of view of carbon emission reduction, which provides a new analytical perspective for the utilization and distribution of renewable energy in China and a solution based on renewable energy for achieving the goal of carbon emission reduction as soon as possible. The reliability of the evaluation system was further enhanced by confirmation through a variety of methods. The results show that the environment and carbon dimensions are the primary criteria to evaluate the priority of renewable energy under carbon emission reduction. In the overall choice of renewable energy, photovoltaic energy is the best solution. After dividing regions according to carbon emission intensity and resource endowment, areas with serious carbon emissions are suitable for the development of hydropower; areas with sub-serious carbon emissions should give priority to the development of photovoltaic or wind power; high-carbon intensity area I should vigorously develop wind power; high-carbon intensity area II should focus on developing photovoltaic power; second high-carbon intensity areas I and II are suitable for the development of wind power and photovoltaic power; and second high-carbon intensity areas III and IV are the most suitable for hydropower.

With the continuous consumption of fossil energy and non-renewable, countries all over the world pay more and more attention to the use of renewable energy, among which Denmark, Japan, Germany and so on are among the best. Based on the basic national conditions and the energy development situation of our country, the utilization of renewable energy in our country is also promoted to the national strategic position. Experience shows that large-scale renewable energy access to the power grid system can not only meet the electricity demand of industrialized countries. Moreover, the safe and stable operation of the power grid can be realized by advanced technical means. Through the analysis of some advanced technology and equipment research in the development and utilization of renewable energy in foreign power grid, in order to improve the repeatability of our country, The level of development and utilization of raw energy.

Energy plays a very significant role in the development of human society. Currently, the critical issues induced by the excessive usage of fossil fuels have become more and more noticeable, like energy crisis and air pollution. Therefore, the development and utilization of renewable energy resources have been inevitable for further sustainable development. However, the natural intermittency, uncontrollability, and instability of renewable energy resources make it difficult to connect and dispatch through the grid. Therefore, large-scale energy storage technologies become vital for the development and utilization of renewable energies. Large-scale energy storage technologies mainly contain both physical energy storage technologies (e.g., hydro-pumping, compressed-air, fly wheel, superconductor, and super-capacity), and chemical energy storage technologies (e.g., flow batteries, sodium-sulfur batteries, lithium-ion batteries, and lead batteries). This chapter briefly illustrates the requirement for large-scale energy storage, and the advantages and disadvantages of different large-scale energy storage technologies. The research development status of these technologies will also be discussed in detail.

From the perspective of energy security, the development of renewable energy can solve the shortage of energy resources. From the perspective of environmental protection, the development and utilization of renewable energy can improve the deteriorating ecological environment in China. The equipment of river kinetic energy generation is different from that of conventional large and medium-sized high dam hydropower stations because of the different energy conversion modes. Due to the great differences in river conditions, the development of wave energy in China can not directly apply the successful experience of foreign countries. The mathematical model of motion simulation is based on the simulation of mechanism system. It can truly reflect the motion performance and energy utilization of a given mechanism to a certain extent. In this paper, the mathematical model of the motion simulation of the tank test model is established by analyzing the motion of the blade hydrodynamics and the pendulum energy conversion device. The device capture power obtained by experiments is compared with the device capture power obtained by the frequency domain numerical model, which verifies the rationality of the experimental arrangement and the reliability of the experimental data.

Under the "dual carbon" goal, the shift from dual control of energy consumption to dual control of carbon emissions highlights the policy orientation of constraining fossil energy consumption and promoting the development of renewable energy. From the perspective of energy production, it is reflected in the large-scale development and utilization of renewable energy. From the perspective of terminal consumption, it is reflected in the deep substitution of electricity for fossil fuels. With the deepening of electrification, "replacing coal with electricity", "replacing oil with electricity", and "replacing gas with electricity" will promote the potential release of electricity demand, forming a terminal energy consumption structure centered on electricity. In the future, China's electricity demand is still in a relatively long period of growth. This article couples electricity carbon dioxide emissions with traditional power system operation simulation, and successfully achieves the optimization configuration results of various types of power sources nationwide through the power system production simulation method with the goal of minimizing total carbon dioxide emissions. This provides a reference for ensuring China's electricity demand and healthy and stable economic and social development.
