Abstract

Because of environmental pollution caused by automobile exhaust gas regulations have been strengthened. Engine development has already progressed a lot. Thus, in recently, exhaust gas recirculation system is being developed in industry. Exhaust gas recirculation can be satisfied the emission regulations. However, engine related parts are changed environment. When the exhaust gas recirculation, corrosive elements are recycled into the gas phase. Depending on the temperature of the gas condensate composition and concentration is changing. Containing NO3- condensate can cause corrosion for metal parts. In this study, the exhaust gas emissions to satisfy the circular engine intercooler parts of the system in the circulation of the condensate corrosion due to gas condensate were investigated.
