Abstract
Este artigo trata de questões referentes ao desenvolvimento de políticas públicas, precisamente políticas públicas econômicas que visam impactar e auxiliar no desenvolvimento de empreendedores e seus empreendimentos. Sendo assim, tem como objeto de analise o Banco do Povo Paulista. Além disto, o artigo busca responder sobre a efetividade, eficiência e eficácia deste tipo de política pública e se a sua viabilização gera resultados esperados e adequados.
