Abstract

Sum of Sinusoids (SOS) has the advantages of good consistency and simple implementation in the field of wireless channel simulation, so it has been widely used in channel simulation equipment. Based on the analysis of SOS simulation method and the design of simulation parameters, the design of real-time channel generation and real-time channel superposition in FPGA is completed. The hardware design of large-scale and small-scale fading for real-time channel simulation is given in detail. The principles of high-precision delay, long-delay and real-time channel superposition modules are also given. The performance parameters of the channel simulator are tested, and the performance of the channel simulator is verified.
