Parting from the epistemological frame of Bronckart's (2003) sociodiscursive interactionism, on the theorethical-methodological supports for the teaching of mother tongue of Schneuwly and Dolz (2004) and the dialogical rewriting' conceptions (GONCALVES; BAZARIM, 2009), we investigate how two collections of didactic books recommended by Ministry of Education and Culture- MEC- approach textual gender's rewriting in Primary Education cycle II. For its fulfillment, we will uphold on Bronckart's (2003) textual leafy, which contemplates textual infrastructure, discursive and linguistic-discursive components of action. The Portugues - uma proposta para o letramento collection - focus discursive capacities in detriment of actions and linguistic-discursive capabilities, besides the writing/rewriting's proposals don't belong to the same textual genre inside a thematic unity. The Linguagens no Seculo XXI's collection, in contrast, focus the three analyzed language's capabilities, and, especially, favors the writing/rewriting inside the same textual genre inside the unity of the Didactic Book.

<p class="abstract">This study aims to identify the use of regional languages in student reading books published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The object of research is the local language in the student reading book published by the Ministry of Education and Culture entitled "Kenara Anak Suku Gayo" and "Kain Kulit Kayu Dei". The data from this study are student reading books published by the Ministry of Education and Culture which contain local languages. The data source in this research is an archive or document in the form of a student reading book published by the Ministry of Education and Culture which contains local languages. Data collection techniques use the technique of listening and note taking, the researcher first reads the reading book "Kenara Anak Suku Gayo" and "Kain Kulit Kayu Dei" published by the Ministry of Education and Culture to carefully determine the use of local languages, then record in full and then identify the use of local languages in the book reading. Data analysis techniques using flow analysis. The results showed that the Ministry of Education and Culture has efforts to preserve local languages, use Indonesian, and master foreign languages. The language used in the students' reading book "Kenara Anak Suku Gayo" and "Kain Kulit Kayu Dei" is not purely using Indonesian, but there is interference with local languages. The percentage of the use of local languages in the reading books of "Kenara Anak Suku Gayo" is 40%, while in the reading books of students "Kain Kulit Kayu Dei" 20%.<strong></strong></p>

Records [I1] in the structure of government institutions support the work of the secretariat and administrative agencies. One such government agency is the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud RI). The records created is a proof of activity. If the records is not disposaled , it will cause accumulate in a room. Therefore, inactive records transfer is one of the efforts to disposal the records in the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study aims to identify the process of transfer of inactive records within the Ministry of Education and Culture. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection method was conducted by interviewing four archivists who contributed in the transfer of active records at the Ministry of Education and Culture through whatsapp and document analysis. The informants consists of two archivists from Unit Kearsipan Direktorat Jenderal and two archivists from Unit Kearsipan Kementerian. This research describes the transfer of inactive records consisting of preparation, acceptance, storage, and making a list of records. The results of this research are carried out in stages from Unit Pengolah to Unit Kearsipan Direktorat Jenderal, then Unit Kearsipan Direktorat Jenderal to Unit Kearsipan Kementerian. The transfer of inactive records at the Ministry of Education and Culture in general is in accordance with the applicable operational procedures, namely the Ministry of Education and Culture's Standard Operating Procedures in 2018 about transfer inactive records from the Unit Pengolah to the ministry's records center.

The analysis of language errors which is the focus of this research is seen in the 2013 Curriculum Indonesian Book Class XI Published by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2016, the author still finds errors in it both at the morphological level and at the syntactic level. The problems in this study are (1) how are the language errors at the morphological level contained in the 2013 Curriculum Indonesian Language Textbook Class XI Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2016?, (2) What are the syntactic language errors found in the 2013 Curriculum Indonesian Language Textbook Class XI published by the Ministry of Education and Culture? 2016?. The theory used was proposed by Setyawati (2010). The method used is content analysis, which is in the form of a description of the data and analyzed. The approach used in this research is qualitative, namely the author presents the data by taking into account the aspects of quality and quality under study. Based on the identification of the question in the student book Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture that the total number of questions as many as 260 questions. The number of multiple choice questions there are as many as 130 questions and the number of questions uraian as many as 130 questions. The assessment instrument indicated in HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) is a multiple choice of 0 questions, while the description question is 0 questions. The purpose of this study is to analyze hots-based assessment instruments in the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Student Book Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This research is a library research (Library Reseach), with data collection techniques through documents. Data analysis used is content analysis. The primary data source of this study is the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Student Book Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The primary data sources in this study are books and research journals related to HOTS assessment instruments. The results showed that the hots (Higher Order Thinking Skill) assessment instrument in the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Student Book Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture seen from the cognitive level showed that the book has not met the cognitive level of hots-based assessment instruments. There are 130 multiple choice questions and 130 description questions in the book, which include hots-based assessment instruments of C4 cognif level (analyzing) the form of multiple choice questions and 0% descriptions, C5 questions of multiple choice and description questions of 0%, and C6 questions (creating) multiple choice and 0% description questions. Thus, the question in the Student Book of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture is not included in the HOTS level.

Management of social media, especially the Twitter account of the Ministry of Education and Culture @Kemdikbud_RI. This research is to find out about the management of Kemdikbud_RI's Twitter account in the socialization of the Perpres Strengthening Character Education. The theory used in this study about the management of social media, which includes the processes of planning, activation and supervision, optimization, social media activities, social media strategies, implementation, and to the process of monitoring and evaluation. Case study research method that aims to describe and describe systematically a fact carefully. Data collection techniques using primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by in-depth interviews with the Head of the Communication and Public Service Bureau, the Head of Information Services Subdivision and the admin of the Ministry of Education and Culture's social media. Secondary data obtained from pages, books and other documents. The results showed that, the Communication and Public Service Bureau had Standard Operating Procedures in managing the social media accounts of the Ministry of Education and Culture and had grouped the community based on the followers of each social media account (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Website, YouTube) owned by the Ministry of Education and Culture, so it is clear what content will be uploaded, so that followers / followers from each account will find it easier to understand the policies that have been conveyed through the Ministry of Education and Culture's social media.

The current use of Cyber PR is not only limited to the business sector, but also to the government sector, where social media is used to convey public information. One of the government institutions that is active in the use of social media is the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, especially for the socialization of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. From the 4 social media accounts used, the most followed account is Instagram. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of Instagram in the socialization of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses 4 components in the use of social media to measure its effectiveness: context, communication, collaboration, and connection. The research uses survey method with quantitative approach. Data are collected through questionnaire and measured using the Likert Summated Rating (LSR) method. The results of the study show that the socialization of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program through Instagram by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia is very effective. This is proven by the total score of 8694 in the range > Q3 to A, which means it is very effective. In addition, the socialization of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program on Instagram opens a space for dialogue and builds closeness between government institutions and the community. Through the production of content uploaded to @kampusmerdeka.ri account, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture seeks to disseminate MBKM information directly to users.

PENILAIAN BAHASA INDONESIA DALAM KURIKULUM MERDEKA

Efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia have been carried out since 2009. The government has fulfilled the education budget obligation of 20% of the State Budget and continues to increase the education budget from IDR 332.4 T in 2013 to IDR 550 T in 2021. However, various indicators of student learning outcomes students have not shown encouraging results. The learning crisis was exacerbated by the covid 19 pandemic. Covid 19 caused learning loss to occur. To anticipate learning loss and learning gaps at the Ministry of Education and Culture (now Kemendikbudristek), the Ministry of Education and Culture issued an emergency curriculum for educational units under special conditions. The use of the emergency curriculum was significantly able to reduce learning-loss indications during the pandemic for both literacy and numeracy achievements. To overcome the potential for learning loss and learning gaps during a pandemic. It is necessary to develop a curriculum that is comprehensively capable of dealing with the learning crisis which is an acute problem in Indonesia. Seeing the various challenges that have occurred, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) is trying to make efforts to restore learning. One of the efforts made by the Ministry of Education and Culture to overcome the existing problems is implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka (which was previously called the Kurikulum Prototipe). Implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka requires teachers to understand the essence of the Kurikulum Merdeka include assessment implementation. The assessment carried out functions as a learning process (assessment as learning), for the learning process (assessment for learning), and an assessment at the end of the learning process (assessment of learning).

Sexism is a foundation where there is unequal treatment between men and women in society. This unequal treatment emphasizes the dominance of men over women. This research analyzed sexism in English textbook 7th grade entitled “When English Rings a Bell” Published by the Ministry of Education and Culture at Indonesia. This research used descriptive qualitative method and used six criteria of sexism based on NCTE guidelines for gender-fair use of language and also Porreca’s study to analyze the data, that are includes: generic he, generic man, titles, labels and names, occupational roles, omission, firstness. The technique of data analysis of this research adopted from Miles and Huberman theory. The aims of this research is to know the dominant criteria of sexism found in English textbook 7th grade entitled “When English Rings a Bell” Published by Ministry of Education and Culture at Indonesia. The results of this research shows that there are 5 criteria of sexism found in the English textbook 7th grade entitled “When English Rings a Bell” Published by Ministry of Education and Culture at Indonesia, that are includes: generic man, titles, labels and names, the occupational, omission, firstness. The dominant criteria’s of sexism found is omission criteria. Key words: EFL textbook, sexism, society

The research objective is to identify and analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on behavior intention within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. To find out and analyze the effect of facilitating conditions and behavior intention on user behavior within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The research population is SIMPeL users within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique with census sampling technique is to determine the number of samples by taking all members of the existing population to be sampled so that the sample size is 60 respondents. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. The results of the performance expectancy research have a positive and significant effect on behavior intention. Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention. Social influence has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention. Facilitating conditions have a positive and significant effect on user behavior. The behavioral intention has a positive and significant effect on user behavior. Behavioral intention does not mediate the influence between performance expectancy on behavioral use. Behavioral intention mediates the influence between effort expectancy on behavioral use. Behavioral intention mediates the influence between social influence on behavioral use.

Þversagnir og kerfisvillur? Kortlagning á ólíkri stöðu bóknáms- og starfsnámsbrauta á framhaldsskólastigi

Alþjóðlegar rannsóknir hafa sýnt fram á ólíka stöðu bóknáms- og starfsnámsbrauta í framhaldsskólum hvað varðar inntak náms, félagslega virðingu, réttlæti og tækifæri til framhaldsmenntunar. Þetta hefur einnig verið umræðuefni hér á landi í næstum heila öld. Markmið greinarinnar er að skoða hvernig ólík staða bóknámsog starfsnámsbrauta, með tilliti til virðingar, áherslu og forgangs, birtist í íslensku menntakerfi. Umfjöllunin er í þremur meginköflum: (1) Hlutverk og áhrif ytri stýringar – þá er sérstaklega vísað til menntastefnu stjórnvalda, til háskólastigsins og til atvinnulífsins; (2) Umgjörð framhaldsskóla og hvað kann að hafa áhrif á val nemenda; (3) Fyrirkomulag kennslu og mismunandi afstaða kennara. Leitast er við að varpa ljósi á þessa þætti með því að skoða annars vegar námskrár, skýrslur og önnur opinber gögn sem tengjast viðfangsefninu og hins vegar gögn úr rannsókninni Starfshættir í framhaldsskólum. Niðurstöðurnar ber allar að sama brunni: Ólík staða bóknáms- og starfsnáms er bæði kerfislæg og félagsleg og rætur hennar og tilvist er víða að finna. Birtingarmyndir ólíkrar stöðu komu fram í öllum meginköflunum. Stöðumun var að finna í viðhorfum í opinberri menntastefnu, í aðsókn og aðgengi að framhaldsskólanámi, kennsluháttum í framhaldsskólum og tækifærum að námi loknu. Mikilvægt er að skoða niðurstöðurnar í samhengi við jafnrétti til náms, tilgang menntunar og það hvernig ráðandi viðhorf lita stjórnsýslu menntamála, samfélagslega afstöðu og starfshætti í skólum, jafnvel þó að opinber stefnumótun einkennist af hinu gagnstæða og yfirlýst stefna sé að efla starfsnám

The background of the problem in this study is a fact that occurs in the world of education, there are still many problems found regarding cases regarding the description of the material contained in educational books. One solution that can be done for this problem is to make improvements to the presentation of textbooks, especially to the aspect of language feasibility. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the appropriateness of the language in the Indonesian Class X textbooks, the 2013 curriculum published by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2017 on the level of student interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to describe the appropriateness of the language in Indonesian Class X textbooks, 2013 curriculum published by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2017 on the level of student interest in learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection in this study using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by passing the stages of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study indicate that the feasibility of the language in the Indonesian Language Textbook Class X Curriculum 2013 published by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2017 on the aspect of conformity to Indonesian language rules has met the language eligibility standards that have been set.

Metafuntional Meaning of the Ministary of Education and Research Policy on Education during the Pandemic: Functional Systematic Linguistic Study

The Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), is trying to overcome the spread of the Covid-19 virus so that it does not spread further. In connection with this, the Ministry of Education and Culture has issued a circular letter from the Minister of Education and Culture regarding the implementation of education policies during the Covid-19 emergency period and a circular letter from the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding guidelines for organizing learning during the emergency period. This research aims to reveal ideational meaning which includes expressive meaning and logical meaning. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data for this research are clauses that contain ideational meaning. The data source is quoted from a letter published by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology regarding learning during the 2020-2021 pandemic. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation techniques, reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, inference and verification. The findings of this research are ideational meaning which includes (1) experiential meaning, and (2) logical meaning. The experiential meaning is, (a) the meaning of the material process in the phrase wash your hands, get used to a clean lifestyle . This phrase means living clean, preventing viruses,(b) the mental process in the phrase knowing learning methods contains the meaning of understanding, and in the phrase getting used to a clean lifestyle contains the meaning of habituation, (c) verbal process of the phrase implementing health protocols and hopefully we can share with each other. The first verbal phrase contains the meaning of prevention, and helping each other in dealing with Covid 19, (d) the relational process in the phrase being an ambassador for change and implementing cough etiquette, both phrases contain the meaning of preventing virus transmission, (e) the behavioral process in the phrase avoiding physical contact and the phrase limiting guests. This phrase contains the meaning of keeping your distance. (2) Logical meaning, namely the use of conjunctions and, after, as long as, because, as, as, and before.

Analisis muatan nilai-nilai karakter dalam buku teks sejarah Indonesia tingkat SMA kelas XI terbitan Kemendikbud dan Erlangga

The research is aimed to analyse character education content and the factors that led to the similarities and differences in character education content of Indonesian history textbooks of Grade XI students based on 2013 curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Erlangga. Problems in this research were examined using a descriptive qualitative research with content analysis method. Results of the study show that textbooks issued by Ministry of Education and Erlangga contain the character values that are in the National Character Education and PPK. Ministry of Education’s textbook has four dominant character values, namely a sense of wonder, nationalism, being independent, and religiousity. While character values in Erlangga textbook is more dominant on the following values: fond of reading, a sense of wonder, nationalism, and integrity. The textbooks issued by Ministry of Education and Erlangga both have such character values because they referred to the 2013 Curriculum, which emphasizes the development of individuals’ characteristic. The factors that caused the difference in the contents of character values in the both of these textbooks are the approach and the material’s form of delivery. The Ministry of Education and Culture's textbook used a regressive approach while Erlangga’s textbook used the narrative approach.Each book raises the character value with different forms of delivery, either directly or directly. The content of character values in these textbooks are expected to be sources of character growth for students and to help them play a role in efforts to develop character education in history studies.
