Abstract

In this paper, we prepared water-soluble and steady copper nanoclusters (CuNCs), which could be used as two new RF-probe for sensitive and selective detecting o-phenylenediamine (OPD)/rosmarinic acid (RA) with a linear response range of 0.33–16.67/0.33–33.33 μM, and corresponding LOD values were 54.2/73.8 nM, Meanwhile, the action mechanisms of the MnO2-AA-OVA-CuNCs-OPD and OVA-CuNCs-RA systems were discussed. Moreover, the RF-probe was successfully employed to the determination of OPD in cucumber and tap water, and RA in salvia miltiorrhiza roots and perilla caulis with satisfactory results.
