Abstract
Reflection photocathodes offer quantum efficiency nearly twice that of transmission photocathodes, but have so far not been widely applied due to the lack of an appropriate photosensor configuration. This paper introduces an elegant and very powerful solution: reflection photocathode photosensor, named ReFerence.
