Abstract
In multi-party video conference system the vital problem is the lack of eye contact and face direction that reduces the effectiveness of communication substantially. In this paper we present an immersive multi-party video conference system that consists of multi-camera and single display screen, using novel face modeling, gaze tracking and view synthesis techniques. From experimental results, the proposed system is sufficient to construct the natural gaze and face image and realize immersive communication, meanwhile it can lower the hardware requirements and simplify the miscellaneous setup.
