Abstract

Let $$a(\ne 0)$$, b be finite complex numbers, and $$k\ge 3$$ be a positive integer. If f is a meromorphic function of order $$\rho >2$$, then $$f^{\prime }-af^k-b$$ has infinitely many zeros on the complex plane.
